The desserts are carried out to perfection, like the Florentine trifle, oranges marinated in Alkermes, and the crepes Suzette. This restaurant is the only place in the world that is specialised in flambé cooking and offers a great many specialities so that it is possible to enjoy a complete flambé meal, from the appetizer to the dessert.
