Sabatini is also the only restaurant in Europe that offers a complete flambé menu, with everything cooked right in front of the client, who, if he wishes, can, in his turn, personally take part in the preparation of one of these dishes, he thus becomes a protagonist of the meal, transforming it into a unique and unforgettable experience.
All guests ordering a flambé dish will be given a bound recipe of the dish they have chosen as a keepsake.
