Sabatini proposes a top quality cuisine (not just Tuscan), beautifully served on vintage style tablecloths and cooked, with very few concessions made to the latest trends, by our Chef...

Pâté de foie gras, spinach flan with a white truffle flavoured fondue and crunchy vegetables, Sabatini style turnovers, tagliolini with Boletus mushrooms, maltagliati pasta with shrimps and black truffle, Sabatini style spaghetti flambé, which will be professionally cooked right in front of you and should not be missed, scampi with other seafood, sliced fillet of steak with aromatised Brunello, steak tartar cooked on the spot in front of the client and island style fillet of sea bass are among the many delights in the wide choice available on the menu.

The desserts are carried out to perfection, like the Florentine trifle, oranges marinated in Alkermes, and the crepes Suzette.

This restaurant is the only place in the world that is specialised in flambé cooking and offers a great many specialities so that it is possible to enjoy a complete flambé meal, from the appetizer to the dessert.
